David graduated with a Degree with Honours before joining Far East Organization. He began his real estate career managing launches for developers. During this time, he constantly exceeded sales targets and received numerous compliments from his clients who has benefitted from his service.

After a stint in China managing the region’s sales force, David left his lucrative career working for developers and joined ERA in 2014.

Well equipped with expertise in residential and commercial properties, David often impressed his clients with knowledge of market trends, advising on timelines, calculations and well thought-out options for his clients.

More recently, David was also a consultant for an Australian-based Singaporean Developer, sharing his knowledge on thoughtful designs that would appeal to consumers.

David is a Plush by ERA member, awarded in recognition for his achievements in serving the affluent.
